Terms and Conditions

- Rates in different currency thanSterling pound will be converted into the same currency as the rate we offered on our branded Website using the currency exchange rate at the time of making the original reservation. An original reservation is the initial reservation made through a Shaftesbury Hotels branded Website. Modified or cancelled reservations are not original reservations.

- The Best Rate Guarantee is only valid for individual customers and does not apply to packaged rates, corporate discount rates, group rates etc. - If the original reservation was made within 24 hours of arrival, the Best Rate Guarantee is not applicable.

- If you find a lower offer elsewhere for the same hotel, same room type with the same amenities, same number of guests and same arrival and departure dates prior to 24 hours of your booking, simply contact our customer service department with a proof of finding a lower rate and our customer service will verify the validity of the lower rate and verify that rate meets the terms and conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee. Once confirmed we will offer you the lower rate plus a 10% discount or 100 Premier points if you are a premier member. Best Rate Guarantee includes the room rate only excluding any taxes or extras charges.

- Shaftesbury Hotels has the right to stop or amend the Best Rate Guarantee terms and conditions at any time without former notice.


Submitting a Claim

- Claims must be submitted before making a reservation through Shaftesbury Hotels branded Website or 24 hours before date of arrival.

- Guests who wish to place a claim should provide us with their personal information (Full name and contact information), information related to the stay including the date of arrival and departure, hotel name, number of guests in the room, currency type, along with a proof of the lower rate found.
